At Wabi Sabi Hawaii, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture and a seamless, professional installation experience. Due to the customized nature of our products and services, our return policy is structured as follows:

Final Acceptance Upon Delivery

All products are considered final sale once delivery is completed and inspection has been conducted and approved by the customer.
We kindly ask clients to carefully inspect all items at the time of delivery.

After acceptance, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products, including furniture packages, modular systems, sofas, bed frames, and built-in solutions, are customized or made-to-order.

For these items:

  • All sales are final 
  • Returns or exchanges are not allowed 

Exceptions apply only in cases of verified product quality issues or manufacturing defects.

Product Quality Issues

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will:

  • Assess the issue upon notification 
  • Offer appropriate solutions, which may include: Repair Replacement parts Product replacement (if necessary) 

All claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products 
  • Furniture packages and built-in systems 
  • Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons) 
  • Floor models, “Final Sale,” or “As-Is” items 

Warranty

All warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.
